In the Winter and Spring, 2007-2008 issues of the journal, The Public Manager hosted two special forums on the topic of the next President's Management Agenda. The Special Issue of the journal combines these articles with additional contributions that help describe and frame this issue and also summarize and synthesize the major findings and recommendations.
